41-1046 13 LED 5MM 6 Volt Lantern 

This is my second 41-1046 lantern. The first started having issues with flickering LEDs after running continuously for several hours during a power failure. I called Dorcy and sent it back. Within a few days, Dorcy sent me a new one with a new battery. As a test of the new one, I have had it running continuously for over 4 days now. Yes, the light is probably at 25% of the original output, but it is still quite usable. This test was done using the carbon/zinc battery supplied by Dorcy. With a new Alkaline lantern battery (Ray-O-Vac I think has the one with the highest ampere hours), this light should easily run for perhaps 60 hours at high intensity and a week of continuous light output. I'm what they call a "flash-a-holic" - someone who collects various lights and lanterns. I probably have 50 to 75 lights and lanterns all together. This light is one of my few that I grab for regularly. It's a great light from a company with outstanding customer service!
