When I took this light out of the package, I said Oh No I have bought a piece of junk. I loaded in the batteries and boy what a surprise.This is the brightest flashlight I have ever seen. Don't let the size and weight fool you. This is the best flashlight I have ever owned.I am thinking of buying another in case this model ever gets discontinued. I would recommend this light for every one. My golf cart does not have lights but with this light I can see how to drive it at night just fine. A Great Product.

BEST FLASHLIGHT I HAVE EVER OWNED!!!!! I have used this now for a month and a half, every night, and am still on the original batteries. I use it for getting into bed, getting up at night to the bathroom. In broad daylight it is still so bright you can see the central spot on the lawn at noon!!! So, anywhere you shine it in the dark, that spot becomes daylight!! I aim it at the ceiling and the light illuminates the entire room like a bright night-light. You won't trip or knock into something with your toes with this baby on!!! Outside it is a mini-spot light. 1000 feet they say, but practical use I found is 100-200 feet. I shine it down to the end of the street and can see light, but cannot discern objects, but in the yard, and across the street, no problem. But then it is not really a true spotlight, and not meant to be one. GREAT at what it is!!! I give it 10 out of 5!!!!!!!! Boomer Salem, Or.

Great flashlight. For the price it provides a long focused beam plus sufficient surrounding light for general purposes. The rubberized case makes it a great choice for work where it may get dropped. I dropped it from 3 feet and 5 feet with no hint of damage. It will be my first choice for work in the shop and for camping.

I own at least a dozen LED lights of various size, shapes and light output. From keychain to D-cell handheld. I have killed many of a incandescent flashlight bulbs by dropping them while on and then been left in the dark to struggle along. I have dropped this one many times and it works like the day I bought it. This light produces an amazing beam of ligth for such a long distance. This is by far the brightest light I own for the price. I doubt you can find a brighter light for less than $30
