Battery does not hold charge, and didn't last but a few months. With this sucky battery, light was not useful when needed. Direct lighter socket power would be better.

Followed directions but battery would not hold a charge for more than 10-15 minutes. In less than a year, now the battery goes dead in a day or two even after it is fully charged and not used. Do NOT waste your money on this spotlight.

We had a 41-1087 for about two years. After awhile it wouldn't hold a charge. We really like it but thought it should last longer. We followed all the directions for charging it.

About 15 minutes is all the time the light will burn. The Battery doesn't last but 6 to 7 months and that's not using it very much. Don F.
