Originally purchased the Craftsman model approx 9 years ago. Battery finally died last year a replaced with a new battery from Dorcy Direct. Cheaper than buying a new unit as the rest of the unit is still in good condition after all these "non babied" years of use. Just had to replace the bulb this year, still cheaper than buying a new unit. With the new battery and bulb, should be good for another 10 years. Very dependable light.

I HAVE OWNED THE OLDER UNITS FOR YEARS AND HAVE HAD EXCELLENT USE FROM THEM . I HAVE SINCE PURCHASED THE NEW MODEL 41-1035 AND AM SURE IT WILL GIVE THE PERFORMANCE AND ENDURANCE OF THE OLD MODEL. PRESENTLY THEY SEEM THE SAME IN BOTH THEIR DESIGN AND BRIGHTNESS.A GREAT JOB ON A DEPENDABLE FLASHLIGHT.
